Every community was required to do delineation and planning to ensure protection for their valuable water resource. While originally completed to provide communities with an area that they could "control" to protect groundwater, this work can also be done to evaluate
areas for the potential of additional well installations and to determine if selected sites are too close to existing facilities. Don't forget that new wells will also need to be added to your existing well head protection area for submittal to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
We have experience with simple two-dimensional models (such as WHPA), as well as, complex three-dimensional models (Visual Modflow), which require much more information, but that provide a more robust representation of the ground water system in your community.
